"The good: nice room, concierge staff The bad: The reception staff are not very friendly, except for one male staff member. A bit far from BTS. Buffet breakfast can be improved, except for the egg station. The friendly lady cooks an amazing omelette. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and toiletries weren't replenished"

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with good water pressure. Although there are bars nearby, the room was quiet. The swimming pool is quite small, but the gym has plenty of machines. The location is very convenient, with 7-11, restaurants, massage shops, and bars just steps away. It's only a few minutes' walk to BTS Nana station. The staff were friendly and nice! Official check-in is at 3pm, but we arrived at 12:30pm and were told we could get the room at 1pm. The room was tidied up quickly and neatly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would choose this hotel again when visiting Bangkok."
