I did not like the drive in paved area and parking area as it was full of potholes. The breakfast provided never changed, and I was there for 11 days so I got tired of the same offerings day in and day out. Otherwise, the people were wonderful and everything was nice and clean.

I booked through Expedia like I always do. The pictures looked very nice and the reviews that were posted were good. When we pulled in we were sketched out. I went in to check in and no one was around, very weird then a young man came down the stairs, very nice but looked like he slept in his clothes. Then upon entering the room we were flabbergasted I have never seen a hotel room so disgusting I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. We inspected the room and took pictures! I was outraged! Other peoples things under the beds the bathroom I thought I would throw up! Not to mention the smell in the hotel! I immediately went back to the front desk and told him what we found he immediately offered to check me out and start the refund process and i contacted Expedia and was told I had a solid case for a refund he took my info and said I would be contacted I am still waiting this is day three!!! The young man also told me he was sorry he didn’t have any cleaners or security 😳 WTH how does this happen! So upset you can bet I will be leaving another review if I don’t hear from someone quickly

Front desk clerk Sebastian was rude and tried multiple times to charge me for multiple night's stay when it was only one night . Rooms and hotel was dirty an not as advertised. Even after trip over. Another night stay was charged to me an when I called to see why. Sebastian blamed Expedia for the continuous charges and terminated the phone call with me. Be warned. That hotel blames Expedia for their problems or scamming issues

I asked a male at the front desk for plastic fork/spoon for my children to eat their dinner and he said there wasnt any. Then next morning at breakfast they had all kinds. There was also hair in the tub. The pool water was fogy. I will not stay here again.

We lost two tires and had to stay unexpectedly. They were willing to let us day 6hrs after checkout and had been willing to give us our two rooms for a second night for free if we needed it. The kindness was amazing. Thank you.

I was nervous about what to expect given the other reviews. Our first room had a broken door and was not cleaned, yet the staff immediately addressed the problem and gave us another room which was adequate. I would stay here again.

We had two rooms booked. We arrived at around midnight. We were given two rooms. Room 202 and 204. 202 was ok so I will not talk about it. We opened 204 with the keys. And there was someone sleeping there already. He came out screaming. Staff got involved and they acknowledged that the person had room 224 booked under his name. We were asked to accommodate and take 224 instead. Which we did since there is not much option at midnight. Room 224 did not have heater working. We shivered all night. Electrical outlets were not working. We also found in the morning that water faucets were not working. Upon notifying the front desk, the answer we got is that maintenance will look at it tomorrow. I am pretty sure that the staff was aware of these issue hence they had given our room to someone else. I was denied access to the hotel manager and was asked to call general number and leave a message. At this point I would like to request full refund for one room

It just wasn't up to my liking as far as being dated, scuffed up, pool not working, vending machines eating money, pillows really soft and no support. That was then first night. I flew away for a week..came back. 2nd night was better bcuz they messed up my room booking so gave me 2 rooms (4 travellers) and didnt charge me for the 2nd room. Everyone slept well and breakfast was great.

Pillows were the worse ever. The pool was closed. The place is generally not very clean in the hallways and other general areas but the room seemed okay. The toilet has no elongated bowl. The whole place could use a renovation honestly. The vending machine ate my money and front desk claimed they couldnt do anything about it. I have another booking for here and im prob canceling it.

Was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but ended up quite happy with our stay. Rooms are older but was well kept. Any shortcomings of the property were made up for by some of the friendliest staff I have ever seen in a hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The rooms, hallways, and pretty much everywhere smelled awful. The rooms were SO dirty and appeared to of not of been cleaned at all (food on the floor, hair in the bathroom, dusty)

Staff were excellent and very accommodating however facilities were old, deadbolt to our room didn’t lock and carpets were terribly dirty.

Cleanliness and stocking the room would go a long way in improving the experience. The staff at the desk is great very inviting and polite. The room had no soap or shampoo.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Worked with what they had. The bed was comfortable . There wasn’t any food to offer us. Said breakfast was included in our price but we had to leave at 4 am so not available. Room smelled disgusting, the sink drain dripped onto the carpet. It was dark and dingy . Smell of weed was heavy. Lady friends hanging out in the entrance way . Won’t stay again!
