Clean, friendly place near the center.

Clean room with good bed. Quiet at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ten minute walk to city centre.

Es hat alles gepasst, außer der Tatsache, dass der Zigarettenrauch aus dem Foyer bzw. der Rezeption, die mit einem Caffe in demselben Gebäude räumlich verbunden ist, bis ins Zimmer im 1. Stock gestiegen war.

Personnel TRES agréable, lieu bien situé par rapport au centre, bonne insonorisation entre les chambres, facile d'accès en voiture, parking gratuit, wifi gratuit et petit déjeuner compris dans le prix. Quelques point négatifs : fenêtre en battant bloquée (impossibilité de la fermer complètement), barre de douche cassée (obligé de tenir le pommeau de douche en main) et panne de courant de +/- 20 minutes pendant le séjour. Le sourire et l'amabilité du service était parfait!

Ikke sentralt - men kunne gå til byen

Stedet ligger litt langt fra sentrum om en ikke har bil (noe vi ikke hadde), men det gikk å gå til sentrum. Frokosten hadde begrenset utvalg og faktisk ikke vann. Engelskkunskapene I resepsjonen var ikke god på kveld/nattestid.

Geht so garnicht! Nie wieder!

Bestätigtes Zimmer war nicht mehr verfügbar. Ankunft nachts um 23Uhr mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Privatwohnung wurde kurzfristig zur Verfügung gestellt - selbstverständlich war diese nicht für eine Nutzung vorbereitet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Sauberkeit), aber immerhin eine Unterkunft übrigens zum gleichen Preis wie die eigentlich gebuchte Unterkunft. Am nächsten Tag versuch mit Hotel.com zu klären. Nach 4 Anrufen, über 1Stunde später (teure Auslandsnr.!!!) wurde ein 50€ Gutschein angeboten. Von Service leider keine Spur zu sehen und der Urlaub bereits gelaufen. Hotel war sich keiner Schuld bewußt ( warum wir über das Rezeptionstelefon mit Hotels.com telefonieren würden - O-Ton Hotelchef!) und Hotels.com auch nicht (3 mal aus der Servicleitung geworfen worden). Nie wieder!

Klein,aber fein

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Hotel liegt ca. 500 Meter vom Center entfernt. Sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit günstigen Preisen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Outstanding hotel staff

This is a comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Banja Luka which offered excellent value for money. The outstanding feature was the astonishingly good service from the friendly staff. Having air conditioning in the room was also a blessing. It would be hard to do better for the money.
