The service staff are very polite and hospitable 😍 I’m especially grateful to FO Manager Ms Sri, who took the time to engage with me and listen to my concerns.
She kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to an ocean grand suite with an expansive & wonderful view of hotel grounds & the sea👍👏❤️
Moreover, the restaurant service officer, Mr Gustra, provided excellent service and prepared my favourite masala tea daily 🌟❤️

「We stayed for a week, together with the kids. We ho back home today, and when asking them what their experience was they remark how wonderful their time was at the villa, flagging how nice it was to be in the middle of the nature! While still under construction, you do not feel it at all! The villa has it all! Just fantastic! And Pande was all the time so helpful! Thank you all! 」
