“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“Check in was smooth and quick. Lobby is beautifully renovated. Would like to see more luggage carts though. Hotel website implies there is a spa at hotel, but there is NO SPA or MASSAGE service available. Website needs to be updated with correct information. All areas of hotel were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Check on was super easy and quick. The food served at dinner time was plentiful and hot. Everyone was able to find something to eat. Breakfast was also hot and there were lots of choices. There was plenty of seats and the hotel had an overflow seating room open as well. Great property and great choice for a place to stay.”

“It was good overall, just the first couple days the air conditioning sounded like an engine starting up super loud, would occur in the middle of the night as well but eventually went away. Everything else was pretty good.”

“We arrived to the hotel (at 1am) after a 3 time delayed flight. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (I don't think I received his name) was just as pleasant as he could be. He gave us information about our visit and Huntsville in general, as well as wear to purchase essentials and clothing because our suitcases were on another flight! What a trip! But it was great to stay at such a clean hotel with a welcoming staff!”

“Our stay was great. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Upon arrive we were offered an upgrade by signing up for rewards. Was upgraded to a King Suite. Pool and courtyard were immaculate. The entire hotel was pet friendly. Our lab spent the entire night sitting in the bar/lounge area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The people here really take care of business and make sure all your needs are meant. ”

“I was really happy with my stay. Check in was very easy. The woman at the front desk and the bartender were very friendly. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. The bathroom had nice amenities, including sulfate free and paraben free shampoo and conditioner! The room was also really spacious! The A/C was rather loud, and had a hard time keeping the room cold. I like my room at 68 degrees usually. Probably because it had been a hot day and the room was so big. That was really my only……

“Like most motels the shower head was horrible, the whole place needs new carpet & painted. The breakfast wasn't worth getting up early for, but again typical for the price. The only real disappointment was there's no wotkout room that was advertised. ”
