「Nice place to stay Great terrace 」

「Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. 」

「We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

「I stayed in this property six nights, four of which I had a colleague as a roommate. We were in Sofia for a conference that took place at the university 4 blocks away. We had unusual temperatures in the 90s but the AC worked beautifully in the flat. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in the combo unit next to the kitchen sink. We did not have any occasion to use the dishwasher, but there is one. The bathroom is tiny but all one needs, although some glass shelving would help with...

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
