Home was in ok condition. Weather stripping on door being damaged caused a lot of whistling and howling when the winds would blow. The home needed patch and repair all over ceilings and walls due to cracking/damage. The house is not suited for 12 people, but rather 9. The couches were extremely uncomfortable and not suited for adults or medium sized children/teens. Pots and pans are Teflon from years ago.
