“The property was perfect for our family (ages 8-82) We set up a pickleball tournament that lasted our entire stay. there was something for all. The pool, Hot Tub and Ping-Pong were well used. Perfect place for all my family to spend precious time together. The only recommendation would be to set the ping pong table up in the garage to have a safer area and more space. “Beautiful view, swimming pool and short driving distance to Joshua Tree National Park. Friendly host and well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor furniture and master fireplace need repair/replacement but didn't impair our good time.”

“This was a really good vacation. The house was clean and check in/out was super easy. The communication with the owner was very easy. If we needed the hot tub turned on we just text him. They had everything we needed but only 3 pool towels. However, there were plenty of other towels in the bathrooms that we used. We just had to wash the towels a few times. The owner was gracious and very responsive to things that needed immediate attention. Suggestions include ensuring there are comprehensive instructions about the unit, and upgrading of very care-worn outdoor furniture. All in, a great place to stay in Palm Springs.”

“Love the location. Quiet and clean. Only issue is patio isn’t really that useable. Dirty and hard to keep the leaves and needles blown from winds off the patio. The patio and furniture could use a major power wash. The bathrooms are very small with no countertops so those need updating.”
