    PLEASE NOTE: This is a private home in a residential neighborhood and is not available for events or weddings. AS PER PALM SPRINGS LAW, OUTDOOR MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT! The property can accommodate 14 guests (a maximum of 12 Adults and 2 children 12 years and under). It is GREAT for families with children, family reunions and for couples get-togethers. Outdoor fireplaces, spa in a cave and a swim up bar make it perfect for getting together and enjoying friends and family.
    This beautiful 6,800 square foot estate has 6 fireplaces on the property. The pool has an island in the middle, with a BBQ kitchen (sink, mini-fridge and BBQ), fireplace, patio table that seats 8, hammock and sandy beach. The island is accessed by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the river. The spa is in a cave and has a slide from the top into the deepest part of the pool. The river circles the island. Pool is heated to 84 degrees on arrival; NO pool heat on morning of departure, but you can use the spa. Jets can be turned on to create a current in the river. USE OF THE WATER FEATURES; i.e. MOVING RIVER, SLIDE and WATERFALLS ARE AN OPTIONAL FEATURE. There is a $500 deposit due on arrival via Venmo or Zelle. Usage is calculated by taking meter readings before and after your stay; usage is billed at $3.90 per kw hr used. Any unused deposit is refunded by Lessor following departure. It costs apx $40/hr for use of the moving river; apx $10/hr for the slide or waterfalls. You can use these features as little or as much as you wish. The main house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. There are two Casitas. The South Casita has a King bedroom, an apartment size kitchen and full bath with shower. The North Casita has a Queen bedroom; it also has a Full/Twin Bunk bedroom that can be used by 2 children 12 and under, a shared bath with tub/shower combo, apartment size kitchen and its own living room with a pullout Queen bed. The property can accommodate 14 (At least 2 must be children twelve years of age and under).

Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. Traveled in from Atlanta to watch tennis and enjoy some time away. This house was perfect for the 4 couples traveling and could have accommodated several more couples. The outdoor area was amazing and we really enjoyed the game room. Carol made the check in/check out process seamless. We will definitely stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to this area. Thank you!

We had an amazing time. The house was huge and pool was the absolute highlight. The host and her son were very accommodating to ensure we could enjoy all the amenities. By that, specifically the pool and all its features. Will definitely plan a trip back, either with or without kids.

This house has everything!! Very spacious bedrooms, great layout giving each bedroom privacy and each opens to the pool area. Very nicely designed and loved that we could all fit around the dining table. Lots of bathrooms, well stocked house and the game room was amazing! Loved the pool and its water features. Would definitely come again. Host was great too and very communicative. Location is nice and close to airport and downtown and hiking.

We had the best time at this incredible home! It literally comes with everything you could think of - fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with, pool towels, floating toys, blankets, bathroom towels- everything is there! Lazy River Fun

Great property for a family & friends get together. The property is very spacious and the rooms are fantastic. It’s a great layout with plenty of space, and the separate casita rooms make for good privacy even with a large group. The game room is awesome - plenty of games and space for kids and adults. The lazy river pool is awesome and the slide makes for a great time. The host was great and gave plenty of property info and instructions for the house’s amenities. Definitely one of our favorite stays!

Everything one could want

This property includes so many amenities that one is tempted not to bother exploring the area. You can spend the day outdoors in the water in the pool, hot tub, and lazy river, drying off at the adjacent bar. Or you can stay indoors in the game room with its six or seven attractions. This is a place where everyone in the family will find something to do.

Perfect for our guys golf trip

Seven guys on golf vacation - we wanted seven bedrooms each with its own bathroom - we got that and so much more. Post- golf we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Then it was darts, billiards and skeetball in the game room. The family room was perfect for watching NCAA basketball playoffs on a large screen TV. Well equipped kitchen worked well. We will be back!

Even Better Than Advertised

The check-in process was extremely easy, and everyone we talked to for this booking was very nice. The house was clean and had all we needed in terms of bedding, utensils, supplies, etc. The property actually looked better in person than in the photos! The pool and it's amenities were the highlight, of course. Everything worked perfectly. Our group had a great time and I will not hesitate to rebook if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

Heaven on Earth

Wow! What an amazing property. Its like having your own private island. Its everything that is advertised and more. The pool is so much fun and relaxing. Its very private and quiet. The game room was a big hit for the kids. Carol the property manager could not of been more gracious and accommodating. Very Communitive during the whole process. Looking forward to booking it again.

Property and Location was spacious. Carol, our host met with me at property.She became frustrated with me when explaining how to turn on lazy river. This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on. Although there were more than one jacuzzis, not all of them worked (3of them). Game room had some non-working games. One game needed quarters to be used. Bikes on property all flat. This was for a family gathering. Too many things did not work for us to fully enjoy this location.

Kid Paradise

This three-generation family group enjoyed seeing our children having the time of their life playing in the moving river and sliding down the water slide. The game room was great for our 3 to 7 year-olds and could keep older teens and adults busy for hours as well.The property is large enough to provide space for many people to enjoy a wide range of activities from quieter to more active. This is a property was great for our group of active young water enthusiasts. The location is close enough to downtown to walk to bagel shops, restaurants, shopping and cultural locations although some of us preferred to drive.Overall, the property is somewhat dated and shows a good deal of wear and tear, but has all the amenities that one needs for a good family vacation.

Family birthday, all adults , plenty of space so everyone could have private time, pool and water features were great, property manager provided videos of rooms and how to operate pool, etc which was really helpful--as was the property manager. We were told in advance that weight equipment was not working, not an issue for us. Game room was fun, pin ball machine was not working for us, but plenty of other stuff which we enjoyed. Kitchen well equipped.

Our family group was 8 adults and 4 grandchildren (ages 10-14) - 3 generations. Every single person thought this was a marvelous vacation. We came over Thanksgiving week and the weather was lovely, mostly around 70 during the days and cool for sleeping at night. Every child who wanted their own room could have one. The house was beyond perfect for us and, as others have said, the photos do not do it justice. The centerpiece is the lazy river, a circular pool with an "island" in the middle reached over a bridge and containing a table for 8-10, the BBQ and a hammock. The pool could be heated to a very comfortable temperature and has a motor that creates enough force to send a person in an inner tube gently around the "river." The children enjoyed the water slide and we all used the large hot tub area adjoining the river. Our host, Carol, was enormously helpful, especially in finding the perfect market (Jensens, 5 minutes away) to get our oven-ready Thanksgiving turkey and many of the trimmings. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed day trips to Joshua Tree National Park where all 4 kids did a morning lesson of serious rock climbing, and to the Tramway with breathtaking views of rock formations up to 4000 ft (I think) where there was lots of snow. The hikers had plenty of challenging trails, It was an easy, relaxing vacation for our whole family and there is talk of going there again next year.

Great Experience!

I spent the weekend here with a group of 10, and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's in a great location, less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is clean, welcoming, and huge, with plenty of space for a big group. The kitchen is well provisioned, so cooking & serving is easy. We took advantage of the great pool, the barbeque island, and even the lazy river and slide! There are plenty of rafts, towels and shade if you're like us and intend to spend your whole time outside. It was very comfortable outside, even at 110+ degrees. We certainly would have loved to have some music, but it's Palm Springs, so that's a no-no. The only critique I can think of is a minor one. There are a lot of steps/stairs around the pool, so if you've got any mobility issues, some areas (the island & the outdoor bar come to mind) might not be accessible. The owner, Carol, was very friendly and easy to work with. She communicated well, setting expectations, and answering questions quickly. All in all, we had a very enjoyable experience, and I would absolutely recommend a stay here.
