"Excellent stay and for us it was not the first time. Location is really walking distance to the best of what PS has to offer in restaurants, bars, shopping , cultural life- Theatre Plaza and Museum of Art- etc. Clean, spacious and minimalist designed rooms with a mini fridge, coffee machine and everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Easy parking on premises, complimentary coffee every day in the lobby. Very pleasant and helpful personnel at the check in , accommodating our needs, specially I have to recognize Paulina for her professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend this place if one is looking to spend some time in PS without breaking the bank but at the same time in a place comfortable and friendly. "

"The underground parking is way overpriced and therefore almost empty - should lower the fee so people will actually use it. The breakfast was good. Only one small cafe in this large hotel. The staff was very nice and the property was clean."

"We arrived at 3:30 pm on the day of our check in, but were told the rooms were not available. We left the hotel and returned at 9:00 pm as we had other plans. The front desk clerk was very friendly, however I’m not sure if he knew where the rooms were in the property as he gave us the wrong directions twice. I kept running around the property from the outside looking for our rooms, meanwhile the rooms were accessible through the lobby of the hotel. Finally, another hotel employee directed us to the right place. It took us 20 minutes going around the property looking for our rooms, which were not acceptable from the parking or the pool side as we were initially told. Other than that, it was a great experience staying at this hotel as it was centrally located to PS downtown and all the restaurants. We were there for one night and didn’t use any amenities. "
