「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.」

「I didn't like the swimming pool being so dirty, also the exercise bikes inside the gym were not calibrated and one of them was malfunctioning. Also I recommend to add hashbrowns and potatoes to the continental breakfast. Othe than that is was a great stay」

「The room smelled slightly musty but not overwhelming or in any way that ruined my stay. The common spaces and room were otherwise spotless. The pool area and grounds were also well maintained. I made a reservation last minute because my flight was cancelled. I called after I made the booking and they promptly sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. They had my type of room ready so I was able to check in early and go lay by the spacious pool for the afternoon instead of fighting for my life...
