“We had a great stay at The Hideaway in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the property has a fun mid-century vibe throughout. While some elements are showing their age, everything is clearly well cared for and lovingly maintained. Most importantly, the A/C kept up beautifully even during 108-degree weather, making our stay comfortable despite the extreme heat. We’d happily stay here again.”

“Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆”

“Pleased with location and also the check in/out process worked real well. We only needed 1 night. The only complaint is the pool is small and there were a group of many young adults that stayed in the whole day we were there and were drinking quite a bit. We never got to use pool. The next morning there were beer cans all over the place. This is the only problem I can see about facility being staffless.”

“There was no onsite staff when i got there...just an email with door codes and some basic instructions. I guess this is air b nb style check in? I have no experience with this but it was fine with me, I was in my room in minutes...the joint was deserted and i was by the pool alone...they were playing some wierdo music in the pool area and i would have preferred quiet, But thats knit pickin...room clean, mattress was great the AC/ceiling fan combo was set perfect...slept great.. Pool/jacuzzi……

“A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!”
