The location of this resort was fantastic! Beside Starbucks and a block from the main strip downtown. The pool was nice and the rooms were good. But there were issues with our house keeping and after four nights our room wasn't cleaned at all. There's no fans in the bathrooms so after a show it gets VERY steamy and stuffy in the rooms. The staff answered questions but were not the friendliest. I would stay here again because everything was good enough because of the price and location!

Great location however the lack of attention by the Front desk staff did not meet the level of expectations for the cost of the nightly stay. Several requests for towels, coffee and water replenishment went unanswered unless we followed up even though we were advised it would be replenished daily. Also advised house keeping was every two days but was actually every 3 days.

We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back next January and stay for more than two nights. It's a block off the main drag, which means it is quieter, but walking distance to some great restaurants. The pool area is clean and has lots of umbrellas for shade. The room had some nice extras...a fridge and microwave, as well as the important Keurig. The bed was comfy. The air/heating unit is a little loud but those usually are. It was fine.

The pool was nice. They cleaned it every morning. However, it could have used a second clean in the afternoon due to debris from trees and bugs landing in the pool The property is in the perfect location. Right next to the heart of shopping and dining. Nice bikes to ride around the beautiful old homes. The building itself needs some TLC: Fresh paint and stain in the elevators. New lawn furniture. New pool towels We were there for 4 nights. 3 out of 4 days we had no hot water. We would call the front desk and they acted like they didnt believe us. They would send maintenance up to our room and they would run the water until it got luke warm and that’s would be the best we would get. We had 1 day of hot water. We were not offered another room. No one talked to us about a solution. We had to take cold showers at 3am the morning we left for an early flight out of Ontario. Overall we will probably not go back because it felt like no one cared if we had a good experience or not. A little concern and good communication goes a long way and we didn’t get that.

The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running.

The pool filter didn’t seem to be working well. Standing in the water you could see hair and dead bugs floating around you. Needless to say we didn’t spend much time in the water. The property was clean and walking distance to everything. Room was clean.

Very clean, well set up room. The pool and hotbtub were great as well, lots of seating and shade when needed. The location of the resort is terrific, walkable to all the downtown area. I especially loved the free bicycle rentals and enjoyed some beautiful rides.

We arrived around 1pm. Knowing we would be that early, i had reached out to inquire about early check in. They were completely ready for us! It was nice to be in our room early and then go out to get supplies and a bite to eat after our flight. Housekeeping could have been more consistent, they said every 3rd day, but pur room only got made up once. Which was fine for us. They kept us up with clean towels when needed. One funny thing...there seemed to be a rogue cheeto on the steps up to our room the whole week we were there. It was funny to us, but did wonder why the stairs were not being swept daily. The marketplace in the lobby was wonderful for late night snacks and poolside beverages, if not a lottle overpriced.
