Palm Springs Poolside & Natural Hot Springs

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is centrally located, about 5 mins to Palm Springs airport and the main downtown area.


Please note that the cabana (4th bedroom) is only available to those booking 5 or more guests; if you have less than 5 and would like to occupy it, please just add a 5th person to the reservation. If it's been used, you will be charged accordingly. Thank you!
The space
The master bedroom has a Tempurpedic king bed, and each of the guest rooms have queen beds, with drapes to block out most of the light. There is central AC that works really well, and tile or wood laminate flooring throughout.
Guest access
Loads of parking in the driveway (2 cars) or on the street in front of house.
Other things to note
The pool is black-bottomed and heated exclusively by the sun. The private nearby hot springs property has year around geothermal heated springs. We keep the tubs and about 105 degrees and the main pool about 75-90 degrees!

AC Operation:
Do not set to less than 69°. Keep doors and windows closed while in use.
When leaving for the day & on checkout please set to 80°
Failure to do so may result in AC failure requiring 48 to 72 hours to repair.
