ACME went out of there way to save our vacation.

Our stay was very fun. The shower was a bit hard to get hot water but we managed. Kitchen was well stocked but not much room for food. Furniture was uncomfortable for us seniors but a very safe and friendly environment. We would definitely stay in the ocotillo again but get one away from the street and main level. All in all we loved the pool and hot tub. We felt it was overpriced for our unit’s location in the building.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic! We loved the unit. It was very clean and well stocked. The only comment I have is the shag carpet is a fun retro fit to the unit but doesn’t look clean. The pool and hot tubs looked very clean and well maintained. The traffic is very loud.

Seamless check-in and responsive property service. The kitchen is very well stocked with items for preparing and storing food. The grounds and pool area are quiet, well-kept, spacious, and a great place to unwind. My only bit of caution for light sleepers is that the unit is located on a busy street.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocotillo Lodge # 219 Palm Springs The condo was on a very busy street and the traffic noise was awful. When the reservation was made the number of the condo was not listed so we could not look at at the location. There was not a dish washer and the air conditioning could not be set lower than 76 degrees or it would ice up. After the first night we made arrangements to move to another location. This worked out well, however we paid a lot of money in management and cleaning fees due to the move.
