不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Bad expirience
From the outside hotel looks like from fairy tale, but inside it s better avoid.Only positive is large room, but very cold,no mini bar,no frige,no slippers,no shampoo in bathroom(ask every day for shampoo). No cleaning with cleaner, there were empty bottle from other guest. Can t use pool and gym before 4pm,and wather in pool no heating. They have children s playroom but also very cold and castle is broken. For breakfast and dinner no enought food for all guests, coffe mashine without coffe, only water come s out.Very bad choise,I went home with cold.
