Welcome to our cozy and stylishly decorated one-bedroom apartment suite! This 58m² unit, which is privately owned and located on the fourth floor (with an elevator), is perfect for a comfortable and long stay in the city.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, with two single-size beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed that opens to a double bed in the living room.

As you enter the apartment, you will find a hallway with a shoe rack and a coat hanger, providing convenient storage space for your belongings.

The living room is a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your stay. It is equipped with an electric heater to keep you warm, a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements, a table with two chairs, a 32' TV with cable channels, and a large Bluetooth speaker. The living room also features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, gusto coffee machine, and other kitchen equipment. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or relax with a cup of coffee on the balcony.

The bedroom is furnished with two single-size beds, a small TV, and a closet, providing ample storage space for your clothes and belongings. The bedroom also has an electric heater to keep you warm during colder months. You can access the balcony from the bedroom, which provides a picturesque view of the surrounding area.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, hairdryer, hot tub, and a cabinet for your toiletries.

The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a table, providing a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. You can also find gym equipment on the balcony to help you stay in shape.

The apartment comes with fast and dedicated 500 GB WiFi, as well as unlimited shared free WiFi. Please note that the dedicated Internet speed was tested at around 25MB.
