“Great stay, everything was perfect!”

“Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.”

“Otele girisimizden son gunumuze kadar guleryuz görduk , otel cok yeni ve odalar cok temizdi. Odalarin dizayni tüm ailemizi bir otel odasinda degilde evimizde konakliyormusuz gibi hissettirdi. Bir daha gelirmiyiz? Kesinlikle geliriz.”

“It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides……

“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”

“Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας. ”
