“Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. “I wish there's protective bars on the first floor windows”

“The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. ”

“Innen erwies sich das Hotel schöner als es von Außen den Anschein hatte. Überall weiß gefliest, die Angestellten waren ständig am putzen und Boden wischen. Außerdem war im Gang ein Wasserspender. Leider wurden die Zimmer in den beiden Tagen nicht sauber gemacht. Außerdem war das WLAN nur unten im Foyer brauchbar empfangbar, im Zimmer kaum. Außerdem wurde uns eine Extra Gebühr von 150 Php berechnet weil wir vor 14 Uhr eingecheckt haben. Ist jetzt nicht das große Geld, jedoch war es online……
