「I booked this stay in advance and since it was a new year time we got a room with no view although I booked the room with a sea view. Availability of the rooms were limited when I checked in and i tried to conmect with the staff at the reception but there was no luck. Then, there was a new manager at the resort named Neha, who gave her best in getting a good room with the sea view and I have to admit that she gave us the best room which is the corner room of the building and it has a pool view...
