Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. Upon check in, we were not initially given the upgraded room we expected in addition to the VIP perks for food. On the second day, staff informed us there had been a misunderstanding and moved us to a different room, which they described as an upgrade.
