“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“The room is very good. 服務員非常棒，房間很乾淨，有暖氣供應，停車方便，離市區也很近”

“整體不錯”

“Fantastic location, simple rooms, easy check in, exactly what it looks like. Great place to stay and check out Fitzroy on a budget.”

“不能理解為什麼住一個星期只能分配到一卷衛生紙，是什麼標準判別一卷衛生紙足夠用一個星期呢？還有沒有門的廁所看起來像是住監獄！”

“Not too bad x staying 2-3 nights”

“Convenient in Carlton, great customer service”

“Overall is good and clean I”

“Great and awesome place to stay. Close to everything in CBD, trains and tram”

“Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.”

“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“Big room, clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out”

“We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back”

“The property was centrally located. Surrounded by a beautiful park and walking distance to Victoria Markets. The staff were extremely helpful, their restaurant served great food, and the room amenities were perfect. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you!”

“Nice.”

“提供早餐，每天有微小變化。也有中式白粥、蒸餃、燒賣。健身房有飲水機，方便水壺裝水外出飲用。”
