Gorgeous Bar Harbor Property

This lovely duplex condo is located in a beautiful Bar Harbor neighborhood. In just a few minutes’ walk to town, you can enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that Bar Harbor offers. You can also bring your bikes and leave your car parked. Nut Hatch is a very short bike ride to Duck Brook Road which provides access to the 45 miles of carriage roads and numerous hiking trails in beautiful Acadia National Park. If you’d rather sit back and take a scenic ride, there's the Island Explorer bus service, which provides free rides around the island. If you want to explore on your own, access to the Park's 26-mile loop road is just a short drive away. If golf is your thing, the public Kebo Valley Golf Club is right around the corner.

The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything your family might need during your stay. Upstairs has three bedrooms. There is a king bed in the main bedroom with a TV and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning units for those rare hot Bar Harbor days. The first floor also has air conditioning and a lovely living room with a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, and a Smart TV with Spectrum high speed internet and TV services (WiFi is available throughout the house). The updated kitchen has granite countertops, a dining table for six, as well as an eat-in island for two. There is a half bath with a laundry area containing a washer and dryer. The outside back deck is perfect for grilling or enjoying a good book. There is even bike storage in the walk-down basement. The unit has its own assigned parking spot and there is overflow parking in the back. The Nut Hatch is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking and exploring!
