The house offers first floor living with two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and another with twin beds, on the first floor. Also, on the first floor a laundry center with a washer/dryer and a full bath. Upstairs offers a sizable master suite with king sized bed with full bath and sitting area. Open concept living with lots of light. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes dishwasher and microwave and a separate dining room that seats 8. There is a game room with a foosball table and card table along with games and puzzles in a finished basement room, creating another private area to work or play. All linens/towels, basic pantry items and starter paper products are supplied. Internet with Wi-Fi and HULU TV are available.

This property is conveniently located near the Village of Surry, and it is 15 miles from shopping and restaurants in Ellsworth or Blue Hill and 30 miles (about 45 minutes) from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
