We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our stay in the 4th-floor king room offered breathtaking views of the harbor, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also very convenient for visiting Cadillac Mountain and Acadia National Park. Additionally, the front reception staff were exceptionally friendly and provided us with excellent information about the area. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was good for breakfast even if it wasn’t too convenient. Great room with piano bar was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Bluenose Inn for the last 2-day leg of our road trip honeymoon. It served as a wonderful home base as we explored Acadia National Park. Our room was beautiful with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the several wonderful amenities such as the restaurant and the lounge. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality accommodations for their stay in Bar Harbor!

We booked on Expedia and had a room with ‘no view’… but our room had a beautiful second floor view of the ocean. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on our deck watching the sunrise. The building is beautiful, well kept and very classy. The staff is wonderful. It was a little pricy for us, but after arriving, it was very well worth it. We had a wonderful vacation and loved our beautiful room.
