"The hotel was recently renovated and it’s set back off the main road on a nice property. It’s very conveniently located- just a couple miles from the main entrance to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. "We had never glamped before. This was a great first experience. Beautiful interior of a large tent, with great bedding, beautiful shower and bathroom. Had a very effective heater if needed. No bugs, snakes, animals. The resort itself had a great bar and restaurant in the Lodge. Staff were very enthusiastic ..."
