「Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. We loved it.」

「Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.」

「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

「I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower. 」

「I chose this hotel because of its affordable price and proximity to MXP airport. There are also supermarkets and restaurants about 1 kilometer away, and it's close to the town center. The hotel has an open-air parking lot, making parking convenient, but the lobby and room facilities are outdated.」

「De ligging is mooi, omringd door Po-rijstvelden en Piemonte wittebergen in de verte. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Ontbijt mag olwat meer Europees zijn. Dineren was voortreffelijk (Eetalia/Eatalia) en een 3 gangen menu was zeer betaalbaar. Echt een aanrader. De stad Novara is zeker ook de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Personeel was zeerbehulpzaam.」
