We appreciated the cleaning of the location, it is well-equipped, well-protected as well. A strong point is that the location is closed to the bus stop to go easily to Rome. “La casa è bellissima, attrezzata e fresca. Il giardino è molto grande e curato e affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia. La zona è molto tranquilla e a 5min di macchina dal lungo lago pieno di ristoranti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'ideale per una vacanza rilassante, con bambini o animali domestici. Ci torneremo!”

“Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. ”

“The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key……

“My family and I, all 10 of us, had a wonderful holiday here. A very spacious 60s inspired villa with accommodation for us all. We all loved the Villa. The pool & outside space were fantastic & greatly needed as the temperature reached 40 degrees during our stay. We were a train ride away from the centre of Rome so travel was easy. You might need to change from train to metro but transport system was very efficient. We also travelled to a beautiful lake near by with water sports & lovely……

“Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday……

“Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.”
