"Staff was helpful as needed. Breakfast was very good and no missing items. Room was well appointed. Property was overall clean, but I did see a few areas that needed attention. The bed was too hard for me, but my husband slept well on it. The ice maker on our floor was not working so I went up one floor to get ice, then I reported to the front desk attendant, and she immediately made a note of it."

"The lock on the side door (accessible by your key) did not work. It appears to have been broken for a while, someone had actually taped it, so that it stayed open. Pool was clean (there was a dead bird near it, I notified staff, and they took care of it right away). Breakfast was average good. not bad at all. Room was clean, quiet, and I did feel comfortable (safe)."
