  • Charming and spacious designer apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located a few meters from Las Ramblas and a few minutes walk from the beach. In addition, you can relax on the exclusive terrace of the building equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs and showers ready for your enjoyment.
    The Mediterranean can be enjoyed being close to it or living inside it.
    This apartment in Barcelona, just renovated, breathes the light and color of the Mediterranean on all four sides. Decorated with an exquisite design, natural and sustainable materials have been used to create a cozy atmosphere. It has three bathrooms to make life more comfortable for you and yours, and one of them hides a little secret: a shower in the master bedroom, where you can relax with an evocative play of light that will make you feel as if you were in the sea. Perfect accommodation for families.
    This building located in the historic center of Barcelona, near the Ramblas, the port and the beach, offers you one last gift: a magnificent terrace with a chill out area, solarium and swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean light in all its splendor.
    It opens the doors to a sea of tranquility, rest and relaxation.
    Access on foot: A few meters from Las Ramblas and numerous restaurants and cafes. 8 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia (the main shopping avenue of the city where you can find the best stores of brands such as Chanel or Louis Vuitton, among others) and a quarter of an hour from the beach of Barceloneta

Absolutely superb property, fabulous location, just steps to la Ramblas. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are very helpful and always on hand if you need anything.

Great location in Gothic Quarter. Short walk to beach and most everything else. Hosts were super helpful arranging transfers to/from airport and train terminal.

Perfect spot for a stay in Barcelona!

We had a lovely stay with friends at this condo in the Gothic Quarter. The location is great, the condo is clean, and the hosts were easy to contact. Definitely recommend! Also, Petit Tapas down the street is amazing if you get a chance!

Beautiful property that accommodated our family of six.The property manager made everything very convenient for us and even held our luggage until it was time for us to check in. He also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location, comfortable stay

Pros- Great location Amazing hospitality Well stocked Cons- Pillows are flat Where are the towel hooks?! 😆 Oscar, Ivanov, the girl who checked us in(can’t remember her name-sorry!) and really the whole Enjoybcn team were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation and reunion

This apartment was perfect for my family. This company does an unbelievable job. The place was very well kept. The management got right back to me when I had any questions. The location was perfect to walk to all the sites. So glad we choose to stay in a air bnb. Thank you.

Spacious and modern apartment in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona

This apartment was in a great location in the Gothic Quarter. Lots of restaurants and shops were just a few minutes away. I was so glad we stayed in the Gothic Quarter. The architecture of the buildings were impressive. I felt I was in Rome, Florence and Venice while walking through the neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed with this property or it’s location.

Short break for special birthday with family

Apartment as advertised. Everything you need, staff extremely helpful and always answered messages immediately. Easily accessible for everything you wanted to do. Liked the security aspect of the property. Small supermarkets nearby as well as bakery and fruit shop. Also lovely baklava shop.

Nice Place

We stayed here during vacation/ business trip. The place was very nice. The location wasn’t the best for us. We spent a lot on taxis. Getting into the actual condo was so hard. The doors were not user friendly. We had to ask neighbor for help. Also community washer/dryer but dryer didn’t work.

Great spot in Barcelona!

We spent five nights with our family - grandparents and family of five with kids ages 7-9. Location was great off La Rambla. Unit was just as pictures looked - clean and updated. Having the small pool on the roof deck was awesome plus to allow chill time in the hot afternoons. Staff was responsive to any questions. Only request would be to have pool towels or extra towels provided in the unit as only enough bath/hand towels for number of guests. Highly recommend the unit and would come back again!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

This apartment was great however we thought the pool was right outside the apartment and private for us. It was 2 floors up and available to everyone in complex. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee available at least for the first morning. The kitchen didn’t have any spices so to cook a meal there would require shopping for salt, pepper, etc.. Apartment was spotless.

Nice apartment in good area

Apartment lovely, a high spec and very clean, in a great location for the marina and Las Ramblers. Comfy beds suitable for a family, as 2 bedrooms set up as twins, if 2 couples you can push beds together in one of the bedrooms only as other is too narrow. Small starter pack in kitchen for washing up, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper also provided, enough to last a few days. Apartment is on the top floor with very small lift, so a bit of a squeeze with luggage. Apartment is possibly a bit overpriced, but think this may be due to the location and communal plunge pool/roof seating area, which is lovely to use at the end of a long day. I would highly recommend.

Great location and pristine apartment

This apartment was conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Barceloneta. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts were extremely accessible via WhatsApp. They kindly helped us schedule a taxi pickup for the airport which was right on time. The only downsides were that the single elevator was very small and quite slow, which made it harder for our family to check in and out with all of our luggage. Because the apartment is managed by a company and isn’t a typical home rental, it was pretty bare bones (eg, no cooking supplies, extra garbage bags, etc.) and felt somewhat sterile - but some people might prefer an apartment that does not feel “lived in.”

Great stay

The apartment was great, clean, nicely decorated. We are a family of 4, each teen had their own room which we loved. The rooftop pool was fabulous. It was so hot in Barcelona - we could not tour all day, the roof was a perfect break. Lots of great restaurants and sites within walking distance and if not the taxis were easy to hail and well priced. Negatives were a strange bathroom setup in the primary bedroom. Also at check in the elevator was not working so when we went to the second floor to try to enter our room we were at the wrong room a- 2nd floor is really the 3rd floor (4th floor for an American) The keys are difficult to figure out but a neighbor saw us struggling and gave us a lesson. Also it’s on an alley so i can be a little smelly but only for a minute till you get on the street. Loved it though and would stay there again.

Somewhat misleading

Although the apartment unit we stayed in was nice and clean there were several things about this listing that were misleading. One, the washer and dryer were both half size and served 10-12 separate units. We were never able to use them because everyone else was. Two, the outside seating area was on top of the building roof, four levels about our unit. Based on the picture, I thought it was part of our unit, not the case. Three, we were frequently kept awake at night because of others in other adjacent units.

Clean apartment

We are a family of 5. Three youth (12-15) the apartment was clean and slept us all nicely. We could not check in even 1 minute before 3pm so we waited in the alley for 30 minutes and my kids watched someone relieve themselves behind the gate. The part I didn’t understand is there was an enjoybcn staff member sitting at a desk inside so I’m not sure why we couldn’t wait in the main downstairs until 3pm. I was communicating with someone on the app who again stressed the 3pm check in time. Aside from that you can hear people in the apartment across. We were across from some young women who we had to ask to be quieter at 1am. I would not stay in that particular area with children as it isn’t the safest or cleanest area. For younger adults on vacation it is probably better suited.

Really Good Experience

This property was very nice! Pictures are as described. Kitchen was fully stocked with exception of spices. Supermarket, ATM, pharmacy and coffee/breakfast place just steps away from the apartment. It is a 15m walk to Barcelona beach and less than 10m to Los Rambles. This property also has a great rooftop pool. This property entrance is located in an alley between two streets. There is a sign for EnjoyBCN at the entrance. Door code to get in was provided and easy to get in. Key box is in the lobby and again code was provided and easy to get the key. Elevator is small. First time we had to take a few trips to get all the luggage. First few times we opened the door to the apartment we struggled. Instructions are posted. It's just a matter of holding the magnetic key and turning the lock knob counter clockwise until it "clicks" and unlocks. Just takes a few times to practice. Questions were addressed quickly by management company via WhatsApp. We had a lovely vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
