The space The 90m2 apartment is located in a family and quiet residential area with private surveillance 24h, close to the beach and perfect train station to reach Barcelona in approx 35/40 min. trains every 15 min from 5 am to midnight.
IMPORTANT It is located on the third floor without an elevator with excellent views of the sea from the terrace.
The three bedrooms consist of 2 double beds, one bunk bed for two people and a single bed. The two renovated bathrooms consist of a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, AC, good internet connection and parking plaza. There is also at your disposal a recreation area with ping pong, mini golf and two swimming pools open all year (adults and children) open from 9h to 23h.
