Remodeled penthouse and fully equipped. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed to make sure that you can relax during your trip.

Full kitchen and dining room ready to receive visitors for dinner.

Air conditioning (hot and cold) to acclimatize the spaces, dishwasher and a washing machine that will make you feel 100% on vacation. Full bathroom with shower.

HIGH SPEED WIFI in case you need to work remotely, and SMART TV to relax and spend good times with family or friends.

Fantastic terrace of 60m2 to get some fresh air with pergola, dining area and outdoor bar. Our favorite part is definitely the chill out area! It offers spectacular views of the city.

buon appartamento.

Appartamento discreto. Arredamento da rivedere e aggiornare (soprattutto il divano). Nature morte (vasi di fiori) da ravvivare. La terrazza fa davvero la differenza. Zona comoda ai mezzi (mezz'oretta dal centro - 50 minuti dalla playa di Berceloneta). Pronta risposta e disponibilità dell'addetto alla struttura.
