Arruinaron nuestro viaje. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando llegamos que uno de sus hoteles, donde se suponia que nos teniamos que quedar, "no estaba disponible". Asi que nos mandaron a otro hotel mucho mas lejos de donde ya habia planeado. El internet del nuevo hotel no servia, intente llamar a la directora muchas veces. Un trabajador dijo que nos iban a dar un reembolso y nunca paso. La atencioin pesima. Tuvimos que andar con nuestras balijas y nuestro carrito de nuestra hija de 3 años por las calles de Barcelona y ellos ni se molestaron en acomodarno con todas las incomodidades que nos crearon. Pésimos!!!!!! They really ruined by wife birthday! When we got to the hotel they told us on of their sister hotels, the one we booked, was not available. The other hotel, with no internet and almost impossible to call to main office, was super far from all of the things I had plan for my wife's birthday celebrations. Carrying 4 pieces of luggage and my 3 year old on her stroller on the metro, and pebble sidewalks was not on our plan for our stay in Barcelona. Management was impossible to reach and one of the employees promised a refund which never happened. Horrible all around!.

Luxury without finishing touches

The apartment is really nice, spacious and well finished. But some essentials anyone would expect are missing, like a mirror in the bedroom or curtains on these weird little windows in the corridor, the light from which was keeping the person on the sofa bed awake. Also, the kitchen has an amazing oven but no oven gloves are provided to make use of it. A massive fridge but left empty: it would have been nice to at least find some water there! Finally, the instructions sent in advance are translated in a poor English and we were led to believe we would have breakfast included when it was not in fact the case. Overall positive experience but room for improvement.

Top Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar! Alles war sauber! Die Betten waren top! Sehr schöne Bäder (2 Stück!) Die Wohnung ist etwas spärlich mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Ein 2.Topf wäre schön und auch eine größere Kaffeemaschine. Aber in der Regel isst man schnell etwas unterwegs. Leider hatten wir ziemlich kalte Tage im April erwischt und das Apartment hatte keine Heizung. Wir versuchten es über die Steuerung der Klimaanlage, hatten aber keinen Erfolg. Die Rezeption befindet sich im Stadtteil Sants. Leider spricht wirklich niemand ein Wort Deutsch. Die Kommunikation ist nur in Englisch möglich. Aber man bemüht sich sehr ! Wir würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Reception is 20 min by car away from the place

The apartment is really clean and big, but the fact that they don't tell you that you have to go by car ton reception away 20 minutes from the place it is really horrible. I had to pay an Uber to get there an pick up the keys after a long trip carrying luggage. You can do better install a keyless system or something.

Barcelona neighborhood suite

This suite/apartment has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The beds are queen size and comfortable. The rooms are big with ample closet space. The bathrooms are big and functional, with showers that are accessible. The kitchen is functional and modern, and is well-equipped. It has a table with six chairs. There's a small living room with one couch and a big screen television. There are many channels with programming/news in different languages, including Spanish, English, French, Russian, Ukranian, etc. Wi-Fi is included as well. The apartment has windows that open for fresh air, but the view is to walls from other buildings. The stairs are narrow and inclined, but there's a small elevator (I did not use it, so I'm not aware if it works). The neighborhood has readily available transportation. There are buses, bicycle rental places, and taxis. Uber is also available. La Sagrada Famila is within walking distance in one direction, and the beach is within (longer) walking distance in the opposite direction. There are grocery stores, as well as small eateries in the neighborhood. This is a comfortable apartment. I was on a business trip alone.

Property is very clean but also very sparse. Their was very little response from the office as we notified them of a broken door upon our check in but did not hear back. The apartment could use some decorations as the walls are very bare. Nice stay overall, but I would suggest more pillows and blankets.

Do NOT use any Cosmo (Cosmopolita Group) property!

While the apartment itself was fine, the service by this company is horrible! Check-in took 45 minutes because of their inefficiency. Then, we had to wait an hour for their "free" transportation. While waiting, there were no fewer than 4 other families that were all having issues. Once we finally got to the apartment, we found that the cleaning service had just arrived. There were dirty linens and trash everywhere. We tried to call the registration office only to find that none of the phone numbers that they provided were in service. Finally, the on-site property manager showed up and gave us one of the employee's cell number. The manager refused to help in any way and told us that we could either take the apartment or find somewhere else in the city to stay! Unfortunately, because of multiple large cruise ships arriving on the same day, all hotels were sold out in the city. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER risk using these people. Bad service!

Great flat. Looks like it has been recently renovated. Comfy beds. Towels provided. Nevertheless only 2 little shampoo sample for 5 people. And also only 2 toilet rolls. No tea towel or washing up liquid in the kitchen.

Nice Apartment close to Sagrada Familia

Apartment is brand new and very well equipped with everything. Each Bedroom has it's own bathroom facilities. Heating / AC is working very well. The only thing that could be better, is to have the basic things like coffee, tea, sugar, etc. available. But there are many small stores less than a minute away from the apartment, so you can get everything there if you need.

This building needs a guard/receptionist - we could not sleep for 2 days as a group of young men arrived drunk at 5:30am shouting and yelling, hitting doors and banging on walls! Te unit is beautiful but it needs someone to guard it! Very inconvenient to check in another location. No flexibility with check out time!
