櫃台(G Floor)及餐廳(3 Floor)明顯已經經過整修煥然一新，櫃檯服務很好、早餐也很豐盛。 但房間樓層(4 Floor 以上......)則太過老舊，隔音很差連鄰房的笑聲、關浴室的聲音一清二楚.......

The efficient of the front staff is low. I require a long time to check in. Moreover our 3 rooms room are dirty and old too without enough facilities .

Very happy with our stay. Staff was terrific. Luis at the lobby bar was awesome. The beds were too firm for us, and the lack of a coffee pot or kettle was annoying. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location with a tremendous staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Sants Estacio station is hub for all kind of transportations. Train to Madrid and all the other cities at the station and trains and buses to get around Barcelona is through that station. Excellent location plus the hotel wasn’t so bad. It was nice and clean it’s not a 5 stars hotel so can’t except much but overall good. But great location.

Location: Good for a one night stay if planning to be walking distance from/to train station. Otherwise very basic, only 1 pillow each person, only 2 clothes hangers. Our room was near the elevators very noisy even after midnight.

Ok but very basic
The room was nicely decorated but very basic. The room included a good bed, large tv, small table, one chair, safe, and toiletries. There was no where to hang or store clothes, no cups, coffee or tea, no glasses, nowhere for a second person to sit. Construction work going on throughout the day was very noisy.

It is convenient for the railway station. We asked for a queen bed but our room was long and narrow with single beds end on rather than side by side - horrible if a couple! There is nowhere to hang clothes just a type of metal grid with a couple of hangers on it. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were closed. Good breakfast at least!

No recomiendo este Hotel
Las fotos muestran un hotel moderno y en buen estado, pero esa no es la realidad, las alfombras se encuentran en mal estado, la habitación presentaba un olor fetido, el servicio de recepción fue grosero y no resolvió nuestras inquietudes. Originalmente se pensaba hospedarse aquí por la duración de la estadía del viaje, pero se procedió a cancelar y buscar un nuevo hotel para el resto de la estadía en Barcelona
