A holiday apartment which can sleep 8 people, located in an excellent location near the Sant Gervasi market, and 20 minutes from the Parque Güell park. It has 4 bedrooms (3double roomswithtwin bedsanda roomwith abunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, and a living/dining room. It is very well connected, with a train station just 50 metres away, from where a 10-minute ride will take you to the city centre, while a slightly longer ride will take you to the Tibidabo, where you can enjoy some of the best views of Barcelona.



The San Gervasi district, where the main avenues are lined with thousands of shops, is one of the largest commercial areas of Barcelona. It has exclusive clothes shops, shoe shops, design furniture, tempting cake shops, and famous restaurants.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
