很舊的酒店,只是出行方便而已。房間設施殘舊,除了第二天換過床單被套之外,其餘4天都沒有換,我女兒被房間裡的蟲咬到,腳上起了三個包。洗浴用品差劣,連著兩天沒有補給洗漱用品。不建議入住此酒店。完全不符合4星酒店的標準,只能勉強給3星的評分。

We didn't finish our needs at the time of check-out.We waited for 15 minutes for the hotel reception who is still on the phone,and nobody would care for us. At about 10:45 in the morning, we were still in the room, and the room was opened by a room card from outside. this person didn't knock on the door, opened our door by room card directly. Fortunately, we used the door stopper, Otherwise he will come in directly, it's a very bad experience.

地方乾淨企理,鄰近名店,地鐵,米拉之家和巴特由就在附近。睡床也很舒服,厠所,浴室頗為闊落但浴室沒有門,水很容易流出,水有很多沉澱粉質,樽裝水只是第一天有,以後的住宿就沒有了

A design hotel in the city heart of Barcelona
The hotel is located in a main street in the heart of the city, closed to metro and a number of iconic landmarks and attractions. Room was clean and breakfast was good with sufficient variety of dishes. Reception staff were friendly and offered quick response to my requests: change room due to water dripping in the bath room and offered us with prinic boxes as we need to leave the hotel early. I would stay in this hotel if I visit Barcelona again.

鬧區中價格相對合理,但整體有待加強
位置絕佳、部分工作人員很用心。但整體來說服務並不到位,房間設施也不完善。尤其是浴室淋浴間沒有門,水會溢到外面。沒付刮鬍刀、牙刷也只有一副。樓上酒吧風景不錯,入住、退房都有免費飲料。早餐還不錯,小而精美。

The location of the hotel is really good, many shops and restaurants near by. Staff are helpful and nice. However, the only bad thing is the bathroom. Water would leak out from the bathroom when taking shower. For overall, I would give 4.9 out of 5 to this hotel. This hotel gave us a wonderful experience of the Barcelona trip.

It was a very nice hotel, however the front desk guy wasn’t helpful at all. I needed help, but he just smiled and texted to someone and said “it’s okay! No problem!” But actually not Okay. I gave up on him for help. Daytime front desk staff were very nice.

el hotel en general está muy bien, su ubicación es súper buena y el desayuno delicioso. el único detalle es que olvide una medicina en el hotel y en cuanto me di cuenta, a las horas, hablé para ver si me las podían guardar y me dijeron que no guardan ese tipo de cosas, que ya las habían tirado a la basura, lo que se me hace súper mal ya que es un medicamento y el huésped obvio va a hablar para pedirlo de vuelta.

The hotel have an excellent location, also very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and very nice. The only issue was that the window view is blocked by some metal architecture on the front of the building, if you advertise and sale a view option, you should give the benefit of the view.

The Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia is in an excellent location set amongst the best high end brand name boutiques for shopping in all of Spain and with their rooftop restaurant and bar, you have convenient dining and entertainment options right there with a bonus view of the Sagrada Familia while you sip your cocktails.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Parking of the facility is awesome. The staff were excellent checking in/out was easy. There was only one big problem that i can mention is the elevators. One of them was out of order and the other one was not able to meet the demand. We had to wait at the parking lot for about 20 mins. (Couldnt take the stairs with loads of bags) on a rainy day. Every time an elevator came there was people inside so we couldnt use…

It is a convenient location to major attractions, restaurants and shopping centers. Very friendly staff. What we did not like is everything is so tiny. Poor designed bath room, no single hook for clothes, stupid glass wall with no privacy. There is no door in the shower and water splash everywhere. Not much natural light in the room and there is almost no window. Noise at night from the bar on the roof top. Very annoying. No stairs and we had to use the slow elevators. Need to upgrade the room facility for sure.

Está muy bien ubicada, sin embargo la fachada y el hotel por dentro se ve ya un poco viejo. Las habitaciones no son grandes, yo reservé una habitación según más amplia y era muy pequeña.

Excelente hotel. Problemas apenas com o atendente muito apressado, sem paciência para explicar onde o estacionamento (fora do hotel). Também são pessimos para ajudar com a bagagem, ficam enrolando até vc mesmo carregar. Resumo: hotel excelente com serviço de recepção péssimo.

Fantastic hotel!
Amazing hotel with a great location and awesome breakfast! The staff was so helpful and friendly especially Gianmarco and Paul. We had a great time exploring Barcelona and enjoyed the views from the upper deck.
