Good location for conference in the CCIB. Much help from the friendly front desk. This is a great experience in Barcelona. A little far from most of the tourist site but close to the sunny beach!

The front desk was not helpful and had "no personality" upon check in ir during our stay. Thanks God breakfast experience made the whole difference. Augus and Javi knew "how to smile" and how to be pleasant. Front Desk staff would not acknowledge when people were waiting to be helped and at instances I just stood in there while two clercks were having a conversation about personal matters ( I say personal matters because I speak fluent spanish and I understood the whole thing ). The bathroom is what I disliked the most. The tub has no safety mat and it is very slippery when wet. Also there is a "shelf" inside the tub on the right shower that hit my arm and shoulder every time I shower. Also why would you have inside the shower: Shower Gel/Shampoo/Body Lotion - instead of a Conditioner??? I am glad I did not put body lotion in my hair after the shampoo HAHA. There was a lot of noise outside my door on our first day ( I was not informed of it ). Very good for overall price.

"Mi experiencia durante mi estancia en el hotel de cuatro estrellas plus fue decepcionante. A pesar de reservar una habitación sencilla, al llegar me asignaron una habitación con dos camas individuales, lo cual resultó ser bastante incómodo. Además, al momento de registrarme, el personal de recepción no parecía percatarse de mi presencia, mostrando una actitud seca y carente de amabilidad. La falta de una sonrisa y un trato acogedor contribuyeron a que mi primera impresión del hotel fuera negativa." Destaco positivamente la calidad de las instalaciones, especialmente el gimnasio y el spa, que cumplieron con mis expectativas y me brindaron momentos de relax y bienestar durante mi estancia. En cuanto al bufé del desayuno, si bien la comida era aceptable y la presentación era buena, considero que el precio de 35 € p.p. por este servicio resultaba excesivo para lo que se ofrecía.

You can hear other guests while in the room. That woke us up. Spa room wasn't cleaned from one day to another. There was hair in the sink when we arrived. Overall good, some of the staff members are really Great, others are rude.

Loved the Echo breakfast buffet & comfy beds. Couldn’t get our air circulating, so it was very hot despite reading 18’C. The window between the bathroom & bedroom is bizarre & awkward unless traveling with your signific other. Why does anyone need/ want to see into the bathroom while their travel partner is bathing or sitting on the toilet??!!

There was no early check in, which after a red eye flight became a torture. We tried to nap in the lobby, but they woke us up, saying we couldn't sleep there, and then kept checking that we don't fall asleep again.

This hotel was the worst hotel experience I have experienced around the world. The staff was rude, impolite, and racist. The worst of all was the manager Daniel. He was rude, racist, and threatened to call the police on me as I was on the phone with Expedia to remove me from the hotel after the housekeeping went through my items twice. I told him that I did not appreciate how he was speaking to me, and he told me he didn't care. His staff beneath him was just as rude and unhelpful. Emphasis on his staff member Laura. My room door would not properly lock, and could be opened without a door key. Then they moved me to a smoking room. Then after being moved, the housekeeping went through my things twice. I complained about it multiple times, and they did not care. PLEASE, do not stay here. You will be in danger, and you will be treated like you are less then. To be treated like I was a criminal was so disheartening, and literally this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at globally. DO not stay here. I beg of you.

J ai eu ma chambre tard et elle était avec un dysfonctionnement de chauffage et une fenêtre cassée , cela a pris une heure pour changer de chambre et la nouvelle chambre est au rdc avec de mauvaises odeurs et un bruit de machine à laver qui tournait constamment , j ai pas pu joindre le service de petit déjeuners car ils répondaient pas au Téléphone …

Great hotel, i would definitely stay again, the hotel was clean and its located in a great area near the beach and not too far from a metro station. A few stops and youre in central Barcelona. I will definiteltly be staying again.

Gebucht war ein Doppelzimmer “Deluxe-Zimmer” mit Frühstücksbuffet für zwei Personen. Positiv: Rezeption, Bar Großes Zimmer Gutes Frühstück Freundliches Personal Tägliche Reinigung Negativ: Anstatt zwei Wasserflaschen zur Begrüßung fanden wir zwei Bierflaschen (eine davon geöffnet und halb leer) im Kühlschrank vor. Hier eine Auflistung der Probleme, die uns erst bei der Benutzung des Zimmers aufgefallen sind: Schwarzer Schimmel um das Gitter der Klimaanlage herum. Dicke Staubschicht am Gitter der Luftabsaugung im Flur. Der Türstopper im Bad war gebrochen. Der Griff der Klobürste war gebrochen. Die Verschlussstopfen im Bidet und in der Badewanne waren kaputt und haben den Wasserablauf behindert. Das Rollo am großen Fenster zwischen dem Bad/WC und dem Zimmer (Schlafraum) ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Dichtung im Kühlschrank hielt nicht an der Tür fest, sodass sich die Tür schwer schließen ließ. Das Licht im Flurbereich hat keinen Schalter. Das Touchpanel zur Steuerung der Klimaanlage und des Lichts lässt sich kaum bedienen. Die Minibar blieb die ganze Zeit über komplett leer. Das Fenster ließ sich zum Lüften sehr schwer und auch nur einen Spalt öffnen. Die Probleme mit den kaputten Sachen haben wir an der Rezeption angesprochen. Die nette Dame hat es sich notiert und uns versprochen, hier für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Leider ist bis zu unserer Abreise nichts passiert. Weder das Hotel verdient die 4,5*, noch das Zimmer den Namen “Deluxe-Zimmer”. Das Geld einfach nicht wert!

The aircon sounded like a compressor. Already at check-in i informed reception but nithing happened i said it again before we go out to dinner and then again after dinner, juat to be informed that it could not be fixed and they had no other room. And with 28 degrees outside we could choose between the noise or the heat. No compensation at check out, no offer of setting up a fan, just no nothing. They reakly did not care. The spa was unmanned so there was a lot of people and crowded. That was also not a good experience. Beds and breakfast was ok, but who wants to eat raw bacon. So weird.
