No staff at the reception; check in and out was done via the app/web. A Tax fee was due also via the app/web. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, local stores and small restaurants in walkable distance. The room was clean and comfortable, great balcony!

I loved Limehome. Located easy 20 min walk from the Sagrada in the quiet neighborhood. Spacious room. No reception on site but all questions were answered via email promptly.

Everything was great, beyond my expectations. Super clean building and the room is perfectly made. I didn’t like the pillows, but it’s due to my personal needs and prefers. Highly recommend this place!

The condition of the hotel is clean, we enjoyed different of coffee in the room and in the loopy. Also, the transportations are near and convenience. The area of the hotel is quiet. The problem in our first day that we didn’t have a code for entering the hotel and the room because this hotel has not front disk to check-in. The hotel should notice us about the city tax in advance, the hotel sent us email how to check in online and didn’t mention about city tax. Therefor we had some problems in the first day.

It's a three star hotel (not four star as advertised). And there is no reception (which I didn't catch from the listing but it may have been my oversight). But other than that everything went well and I was able to get in pretty easily. The room was clean and modern and had a lovely balcony.

Really surprised - excellent property

Area was only ok but the apartment was fantastic. The metro is a short walk and there are lots of affordable eateries within two mins walk. I’m very happy with my stay but advise to have all payments completed in advance and there are a few front doors on the street: make sure you are at the right one for your your booking.

Great quiet, convenient hotel. Very clean and great towels and shower. Felt safe and secure. Updated and modern. Restaurants around. Easy and convenient to get to a cab and family close to Sagrad Familia.

There is nobody in the receptions. You have to do everything by a website and phone. You can’t unlock the door even to leave the bags. This is not exactly an hotel. That’s why they called “…house” But, the room and the amenities are clean and good.

Nice place. Close to metro station. Only issue was i was not informed that i had to pay tourist tax and this was not paid i could not get code to enter room. The helpdesk on whatsapp solved this within 5 min.

Good location and easy access. Be aware of no concierge so booking details are sent prior. Also no storage but they do provide a discount for a storage locker in the city.

Without a check in staff, I had to wait outside until 3pm instead of possibly waiting in a lobby. I couldn’t work the codes. After finding a number to talk to someone in Munich, I was told I had to pay the city tax separately. I could not complete that step as the security code for my credit card was not providing me the code. I finally had to forfeit the hotel and find another place to stay. Why all fees are not included in one total is frustrating!!I am now out a lot of money for a room I couldn’t use and I wasted hours that I could have spent touring Barcelona!

Its a great place to stay but we had problem with communication. There is no staff for check in. So make sure you you pay the tx fee before your stay. Otherwise, you cant enter the building.
