Modern and bright three-bedroom in Eixample
Summary:
The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this comfortable 3-bedroom unit located next to Plaza Tetuan and Plaza Catalonia! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a living area that features a relaxing sofa and a flat screen TV, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances.
The apartment is 5 minutes from Metro Plaza Tetuan and Metro Urquinaona (Purple Line L2 & Red Line L1).
The Space:
This 112 m2 modern and bright flat in a newly renovated building located next to Paseo de San Juan and Plaza de Tetuan. The lounge and dining area is airy and offers all the comfort you dream for your stay in Barcelona. A comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a sunny gallery in which a relaxing chair will invite you to read a book in front of the large bow window. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, boiler, dishwasher.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed
(I have replaced the individual bed you can see on the listing pictures for a double bed)
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Located at the intersection of Consell de Cent and Girona street, two pedestrian streets with no traffic and lovely restaurants and local shops
- Large and comfy living room and dinning area
- Bright and sunny gallery by the living room, with nice views over Eixample ☀️
- Quiet and private bedrooms, ideal for a good night's rest
- 2 Full bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- TV and Wi-fi
- AC located in the living room and in the corridor between two rooms
- Elevator in building
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- Paid parking off premises

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!
The Neighborhood:
Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Girona (Line 4).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the train towards "Aeroport" at Passeig de Gracia. There are trains every 20min and it costs around 5€.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
