The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and a good size. Hotel was quiet. Nothing but a good experience.

on arrival was offered an upgrade for £140 which we took. room on top floor 1208 room was a bit worn marks on the wall, cupboard doors were rubbing on opening & closing. When showering always had the feeling water was going to overflow over tray onto floor but it never did. When we visited bar close to reception always under staff same applied for pool bar. Pool was small. Staff in reception were very pleasant & helpful, staff at breakfast also very pleasant. Good breakfast plenty to eat & good variety. Cleaners were very good & efficient. Never tried the fitness area

The hotel was ok. The room was nice. Staff were pleasant. The area is not very nice. Derelict long street. The food was awful. Paid for breakfast and couldn't eat anything so only went down the first day. The use of very strong olive oil is no good. The food was unbearable!

Clean, modern hotel on the seafront. Short walk to Ramblas Poblenou where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Other places to eat and drink are minutes away. Taxi ranks nearby. 10-15 min walk to Poblenou metro, and Glories is a further 10 minutes away. Professional, friendly staff

Very well presented hotel, great staff, exceptional breakfast buffet. Disappointed no mini bar or balcony, pool area also closed so nowhere to sit, read outside. Located a good walk from city centre but plenty choice of restaurants in the locality, especially near the beach.
