I will start with something positive. The location is good. Queensize bed like in the prescription. Negative comments cause the Wifi was not working at all. Bad smell from the toilette, so bad that I was about to vomit.

Won’t do that again.

While I generally appreciate the concept of mini hotels and the simplicity they offer, my recent stay at Olaa Mini Hotel was riddled with issues that marred the overall experience. The good: The room was clean and I had no problems entering the hotel on the first night with the provided codes. The not-so-good: On my first morning, I faced a 2-hour ordeal, standing out in the rain, unable to open the outer door. To add to the disappointment, my room wasn't cleaned during my week-long stay until I brought it to their attention. As a gesture to compensate for the door inconvenience, a mere €20 was offered, which hardly equated to the inconvenience suffered, being just 2% of my total accommodation cost for the week. While the hotel staff were sometimes responsive on WhatsApp, repeated promises to deliver an "amenity" for the inconvenience remained unfulfilled. The sincerity of customer service came into question when, one night, I encountered a couple at the outer door, guests from another property of the same company, who had been locked out repeatedly during their stay. While I received apologetic responses from the hotel like "I am deeply sorry for the experience you have suffered", the lack of concrete follow-up and unresolved issues left a lasting negative impression.

TERRIBLE stay. The keyless lock didn't work and there is no one is there. I came at 8pm after 12 hrs day trip to Andorra. It took 3 hrs until they sent someone. So I got to the room around midnight. Next day I had early flight so I was broken and sleepy all day long. Expedia was about to relocate me. Area is skatchy so I was afraid to leave a building around midnight. They just simply could offer me another room or property and do not torture me. After Expedia called them three times - they offered me another place - that was after 2.5hrs waiting.

I would like to Concern Deeply about You to Choice

You may encounter the following reality: 1. Sleeping with cockroaches 2. Because there is no receptionist, you have to stand for a long time to check in at the door on a slightly steep hill road. 3. An unidentified shower gel that combines shampoo, conditioner, and body wash into one. 4. The sound of the front door hitting your room door hard when it opens and closes. 5. An introductory message stating that if you request regular clean up, you will have to pay an additional fee. 6. It is very inconvenient to have to check in using the app, especially if you stay for consecutive nights, the connection to the app is disconnected midway, making it impossible to communicate with hotel staff. 7. Strange & wiered smell that tried to catch with air freshener but could never catch. 8. Although it says terrace, it has a prison-like atmosphere. 9. When you open the front door and go inside, you immediately see a public restroom and its smell. 10. Another strange smell coming from the shower room drain pipe. 11. When encountering various bugs and requesting early check-out, you can hear proudly refuse a refund. 12. Cleaning staff knocking on the door before check-out time 13. Unimaginably expensive pricing policy It just my thinking, so, you can select by yourself with wisely!!!

Me gusto la limpieza, el estilo y el diseño de la habitación, el detalle del agua las cápsulas de café y las infusiones , que la cocina compartida esta cerca de la habitación, que hay facilidad de transporte y sitios para comer cerca. No me gusto que me enviaban los mensajes en inglés para el checking y demás, y que hubo un error con el código de la puerta, pero la verdad que se solucionó y no tuve más problema. Mi valoración en general es muy favorable, lo recomiendo mucho.

Chambre propre et confortable, sur cela rien a dire. Service client non francophone, très compliquer du coup pour avoir le code de la porte. Pas de réceptionniste a l'arrivée, rester 2h devant la porte sans que personne vienne nous aider! Cuisine commune pitoyable, des vols de produits alimentaires. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Mi esperiencia fue inolvidable por el momento y persona que pase mi estancia,pero si a esto se le añade el alojamiento comodo acogedor,elegante a la par de sencillo (que eso es fificil,!!)limpio, acogedor,Super comodo y super practico,mi pareja y yo quedamos encantados, y nos acordaremos de esos tres dias de por vida! 100%recomendable!!!yo amenazo von volver...!!!fantastico

La chambre est suffisante pour passer un week end .. concernant le quartier : beaucoup de squatte le soir juste au coin de la rue mais pas de dérangement Le seul problème et qui m’a réellement est que j’ai pu avoir dans cet hôtel et le faite qu’on ne change pas les draps et serviettes.. Les murs qui séparent les chambre sont très fin j’ai dû supporter 3 nuit des ronflements de la chambre juste à coter ... sinon tout c’est bien passer
