This 2 bedroom flat located in Les Corts is recently renovated: complete kitchen, washing machine, AC and heating, WiFi, TV. On the first floor you will find a spacious open space consisting of the kitchen and living room and one bathroom. On the second floor there are the 2 bedrooms and another bathroom.right in Les Corts area.
Super close to Sants Train Station, few minutes to Avenida Diagonal and Illa Diagonal shopping center.
Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 140€ every month.
At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
Pets - not allowed
