Great Location

If you want to be near the water, this is the place. Walk to the beach and La Rambla. Great view from the balcony. In general, it was clean, but the sofa cushions could use cleaning or replacement. It could also use some minor repairs. If you are visiting to see the America's Cup, this is right in the middle of the race village and you can see the boats from the beach.
