This larger, air-conditioned apartment features chic, modern décor combined with original features such as wooden beams and exposed stone walls.

There is a double bedroom, and a spacious living room with two single sofa beds and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a kettle.







The apartment is located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Barcelona, in the district of San Pedro and the Ribera, better known as El Born.







The building provides an elevator and a communal rooftop terrace, open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.







The tourist tax in Barcelona is €6,88 per adult per night, and only children under 17 years old are exempt. It is mandatory to show ID or passports upon arrival or beforehand.

Outstanding location with a first class management team!

We truly enjoyed this apartment. The unit was very nicely done and consistent with the pictures and the description. The management team could not have done a better job. They answered multiple questions prior to our stay and was not at all needed during our stay because everything was perfect. There is only one closed bedroom in case that matters.

A great spot in the city

We were in Barcelona for a week for the F1 race. This spot was a great hub for sightseeing, food and shopping, and access to the public transportation system. The property is very clean and well appointed.
