The flat is located in the city of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, an area very close to Barcelona and well connected to the city centre. Located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by local shops and small restaurants, this neighbourhood is an excellent choice for those looking for an authentic local experience.
The history of the area dates back to the 14th century, when the municipality of L'Hospitalet was founded. The town developed thanks to agriculture, especially the production of wine and olive oil. In the 19th century, with the arrival of the Industrial Revolution, the town expanded and became an important centre for the textile and metallurgical industries. Today, L'Hospitalet is a modern and growing city with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and places of interest.
Among the tourist attractions close to the flat is the Torreblanca park, a beautiful green space with walking trails and picnic areas. It is also close to the Gran Via 2 shopping centre, where you can find shops, cinemas and restaurants. In addition, the famous Plaza de España and the historic centre of Barcelona are only a few minutes away by public transport.
As for typical bars and restaurant recommendations, the neighbourhood of L'Hospitalet is known for its tapas and wines. La Perla restaurant is a popular spot with locals and offers typical Catalan cuisine. For an authentic tapas experience, visit El Rincón del Cava, a traditional tapas bar with a wide selection of wines and cava. ----- SPECIAL HYGIENIC PROTOCOL-----
Cleaning the apartment has always been one of my biggest concerns when I receive new guests, however, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have considered that the cleaning process needs to be modified and the flat must not just be cleaned, but also disinfected as much as possible.
For this, after each reservation the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by professional staff, following the cleaning recommendations of the government and international institutions, like the World Health Organization.
All the maneuvers are carried out with disposable masks and gloves, while the apartment is in constant ventilation. In addition, we are using special cleaning and disinfection products following the UNE-EN 1447 standard, both on surfaces (doorknobs, switches, tables, among others) as well as textiles (cushions, curtains and carpets, for example) and using them according to their instructions, taking the time that is required for each one for an optimal result. Sheets and towels are washed and disinfected in a professional laundry service, where they are exposed to high temperatures, eliminating any possibility of viruses.
Beside this new cleaning and disinfection protocol, we are leaving at the apartment special disinfection products for you, in the case you want to re-make the process once you arrive. Along with this, you will have hydroalcoholic hands gel at your disposal.
Consequently, we have also adapted our check-in protocol. A friend will welcome you at the entrance of the building, he will wear a mask and keep the security distance (1.5 m) throughout the process. We guarantee that it will be fast and contactless. Please remember that the use of masks will be mandatory.
I hope this new cleaning and disinfection protocol will help you feel safe and comfortable at my apartment. We're doing our best to make it as enjoyable as possible for you!

Parking facility just 200 meters away, at the Mercat de Collblanc.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
-The apartment is equipped with fire extinguisher and also with a anti-theft alarm which is optional for our guests to connect it.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
