Additional Rules
Tourist Tax

In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.25 per person, per night applies (for guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

A 10% handling fee is added to cover processing and administration.

This amount is collected upon arrival and is not included in the booking price.

Identification & Guest Registration

By law, we are required to collect passport or official ID details for all guests.

This information is submitted securely to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Noise & Neighbours

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00

No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour.

Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Guests may smoke on the street using proper ashtrays.

A cleaning fee will apply if traces of smoke, ash, or burns are found indoors.

Lost Keys & Access

Key replacement fee: €20 (10:00 – 20:00), €50 (20:00 – 00:00)

If a locksmith is required (e.g. key left in lock), the full cost will be charged.

Guests are responsible for any access issues resulting from improper use or loss of keys.

Respect for the Property

Please treat the property with care.

Always lock all doors and windows and switch off AC when leaving.

Dispose of rubbish daily in the large grey street containers.

Do not leave trash in common areas or stairwells.

Utilities for Long Stays

For stays of 28 nights or more, a €160 monthly utility contribution is due at check-in.
