Beautiful, rustic apartment house "Albergo Diffuso - Cjasa Ustin", 409 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, renovated in 2012. 5 apartments in the property. In the resort Barcis, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, 15 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, garden. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change daily (suppl. charge extra). Towel change daily (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, café 50 m, bathing lake "Barcis" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Naturale Dolomiti Friulane, Riserva Naturale Forra del Cellina. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Piancavallo 15 km. Please note: no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room apartment 38 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (mini-oven, 2 induction hot plates, kettle) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Patio. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
