The Bardonecchia ski is just a 3-minute walk, meanwhile the Campo Smith slopes are a 15-minute walk from here. Within a 15-20 minute walk, you can reach the centre of Bardonecchia and enjoy the Alpine roller coaster, several restaurants for dining and a supermarket for a worry-free stay. You are just a 10-20 minute walk from several hiking trails such as Tour d\'Amun, Bacini-Sentiero Paradiso and Passegiata del Canale.
