“The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to visit Sydney Opera House, QVB, The Rocks, and Darling Harbour all within walking distance. There were numerous restaurants around the hotel as well. During my six-night stay, I found the staff to be friendly and generous. Upon check-in, one staff member proactively arranged us to a room with a city view. The rooftop lounge was a standout feature, offering amenities like a coffee machine, T2 tea bags, and milk. “Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay. ”
