「Good」

「Property was well located and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and cultural sites. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the family room was very spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and once again the staff were very attentive. What a wonderful stay and experience all round.」

「Tout est à la perfection. Meilleur hôtel de la région c’est certain!」

「This was a great place to stay after our train ride into Bari. It’s a short walk from the station and food options were close by. The room was clean and communication was great. My husband had left his AirPods behind and they messaged to let us know.」

「I like everything about this place. But most importantly I like the very helpful employees and the bar. Love this place. Will definitely come back again. Konstantin」

「The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all. 「地點很好，但係晚上樓下街比較嘈，需要佩戴耳塞才可以安靜入睡」

「clean, staff helpful. no one at the property except when they were waiting for us when we checked in. Very strange that no one was there at all」

「The room is spacious, new and clean. Complimentary snacks and drinks provided and plenty of towels available. It’s a short walk to both old town and train station. Also close to airport shuttle bus stops. The only thing was an odd smell when the ventilation is on in the bathroom so we just turned it off. Also you can hear water running when used by other guests in different rooms but it wasn’t a massive issue. An extra chair would be nice given it’s a triple room. Overall a great stay and would...

「We loved this place! You can't beat the location. You step outside and you're right in the middle of everything. The inside of the unit was very clean, updated, and had great amenities. There is no front desk but there is no need for one. The host is very responsive in assisting you in giving detailed information for whatever you need. He even booked a taxi for us at 4:00 a.m. to get back to the airport!」
